Title: Wisconsin

I went to a hiking place in Wisconsin, U.S.A. with my mom and dad on Oct 9th, 2021. It was a fairly boring ride in the car. First we went to the wrong place. Then I went to a tower. It was a long wait. I looked out of every window. I thought I’d trip but I didn’t. I went back down. I said, “I’m hungry” to my mom. My dad was buying water. When he came out, I said, “I’m hungry” to my dad. My dad went back in to get cookies. Then I went to a hiking trail. We hiked 5 miles and hiked back. We went back home.

We having dinner on the Patio.
Randall went to stand up on the swing, peeking over to neighbor’s backyard.
“Hi” from the other side. It was Libby.
Silence. Not a word. From this side.
But action.
He hopped off the swing, wiped his mouth, and said, “Now, I need a mirror.”

The Door

A long-awaited trip — our first one in almost a year! Just the usual things in a different place: hiking (at Peninsula State Park), beach time (with pebbles) and eating (the fish boil). Well, we did have some Door County specials: sunset on the lake, boat tour, hotel pool (where we spent the most time of the trip), and a new friend from Wisconsin, Fin!
